Web Applications

Many of the sites we build include shopping cart systems or other data driven content to allow clients to update the site content. We build these from scratch for each client to suit their requirements. For example:

  • several shopping sites with bespoke systems to display the products, shopping basket and checkout with integration to credit card handling providers
  • sites backed by extensive databases to display and search for properties, holidays, jobs and other content.

We have also developed web based applications which are not public web sites as they are developed for a client's internal use. The advantage is that they can be accessed from many offices using only a web browser. For example:

Our preference is to use the php script language and a mySQL database. These are the most widely used combination used across all platforms for web site applications.
