Helpdesk System
We
have developed a helpdesk system for recording and monitoring requests for repairs or other works
at properties by contractors. It is also a powerful diary planner and information system to help
efficiently manage properties.
It is built with compiled miva script so it will run on either a web server or a PC which have the miva VM installed. This is a free product available from miva. The system is accessed easily using Internet Explorer or any other web browser.
It is highly flexible allowing changes to be made either by an administrator such as adding
users, contractors and changing the lookup lists. In addition if other changes are required, for
example adding other access levels or additional fields in the entry forms we can do this.
