In 2005 we were asked to develop a helpdesk system for B&HS management who manage the Great Portland Estates property portfolio in London. Later in 2009 they asked us to extend the system to provide access for their tenants to login and see information about their property. We continue to develop additional functionality and provide support as required.

The system is entirely bespoke built using php with a mySQL database and is hosted on our server so they do not need to install any software and the system can be accessed from anywhere. All parts require a login to access so we can't show you full details but the screenshots below give some examples of a few of the pages. The first two are from the administration system used by our clients and the last is a page from the tenant's area.
